Grass to Go Returns / Refund Policy:

Our returns policy for all non-grass purchases:

We are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind or simply find the item cheaper elsewhere. But we will make an exchange if a product that you have purchased online through our website has a major problem. This is when the item:

  • has an issue that would have stopped someone from buying the item had they known about it
  • is unsafe
  • doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed

Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any negotiated and agreed drop in value.

All Roll&Comb artificial grass cleaning machines are sold with a 12-month warranty / guarantee, the terms of which and conditions of use are clearly outlined in the manual supplied with each machine or are available to read before purchase through the e-mail address provided below.

If a product has been used in a manner other than the purpose for which it has been designed as listed in the warranty exclusions then our returns policy may not apply.

If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time once it is returned to us and has been fully evaluated. We will inform you of the outcome of the evaluation.  The product may be repaired with re-conditioned parts.

If it is not repaired or replaced in a reasonable period of time (45 days after receipt) you may request a refund.

Purchaser is responsible for bearing all returns related freight and insurance costs. Freight and insurance costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Please retain your proof of purchase as this will be required if a return is made.
